Girl and soldier
Adaptation of an old folktale from the Finnish Civil War about a girl who went searching for her lost fiancee. She finds him in a military hospital where Death has arrived to do its somber job. Another inspiration for this film was also Bertold Brecht’s poem about a dead soldier.
