Test of Sirens
Totalitarian practices of a democratic system often remain unnoticed. This audiovisual work presents one such practice: test of sirens every first Wednesday in month at 12 o'clock. It is absolute in its general public reach and totalitarian in the way it reaches its subjects. Exposed to sirens, we are all treated the same.
