Nick Carter, a famous American detective who is always on the alert, arrives in picturesque Prague to solve a mysterious disappearance. Accompanied by police commissioner Ledvina, Carter explores the city’s charms, from draught beer and sausages to Olomouc curd cheese and the local art of the slap. Together, they track down the most mysterious criminal of the 20th century, nicknamed the Gardener, and solve the case of the Mozart-sensitive Adéla.
