Patriot: A Star Trek Fan Production

It’s the year 2373 and war drums are echoing across the galaxy. Proud warriors of the Klingon empire are seizing one piece of Cardassian Union after another. Thousands of Cardassians refugees are running away from their destroyed worlds towards the safe embrace of the United Federation of Planets. Due to the complicated collective history with this race the Federation isn’t too keen to open its borders. Many are afraid of distortion of sovereignty – and for a good reason. Not all refugees are coming with good intentions. Tension is rising and there’s no way to avoid conflict…

Patriot: A Star Trek Fan Production is a short Czech film created by the fans of this phenomenon. The project was finished in May 2018 and fully reflects the Star Trek brand’s rules regarding amateur works. All models, costumes, props, and everything else was created by enthusiasts in their spare time without any rights for financial gain. The entire work was created thanks to their enthusiasm, creativity, and love for Star Trek.
